FACT: One of America's most merciless and dirtiest little secrets has been shamelessly ignored for almost 90 years! Records, documents and evidence have been systematically destroyed, stricken from public records and hidden from public access.

Through the research and report of the Tulsa Race Riot Commission and the efforts of the legal team on behalf of the victims this information is now coming to the forefront of America's list of unfinished business. Our film Before They Die! Chronicles the actions of May 31, 1921 and the Journey for Justice waged by the survivors since 2002.

Over 300 innocent African-Americans were brutally attacked, murdered and interned by white mobs and within 18 hours over 10,000 individuals and families were savagely uprooted. As their homes, churches and businesses were set ablaze and burnt to the ground, the living were displaced into tent cities while the legal system and insurance companies turned deaf ears and blind eyes as to their desperate plight.

This gross tragedy and subsequent legal injustice must be reconciled. Lady justice may be blind, but we cannot be blind to Injustice. We the people must do what our governments and courts have failed to do. We must make the effort to repair the damage done to victims of the Tulsa Race Riot for 90 years.
